Throughout her consulting career, shehas successfully directed the development and implementation of valueenhancement initiatives for several private equity and corporate clients,particularly in sales force effectiveness and organizational redesign for nichemanufacturing companies.

Prior to joining ADL, Jennifer held consultingpositions at Booz Allen Hamilton and Droege & Comp. In this new position, shewill contribute to the growth and management of ADLs Private Equity practicethrough client relationship development, thought leadership and projectsmanagement Dr. Daniel Schellenberg was previously a Manager of ADLs Private EquityPractice in New York City, specializing in project work for primarily mid sizeprivate equity funds. He successfully led numerous value generation projects andmarket due diligence assignments within industries such as automotive, energy &renewable energy, boating and others.

He also developed strong capabilities formarket entry strategies in the US, Europe and Eastern Asia. Prior to his work atADL, he led teams for top management consulting firms including Roland BergerStrategy Consultants and Droege & Comp. Daniel will continue to help privateequity clients to strengthen their portfolios, which will include working withtheir existing portfolio companies on topics such as revenue protection,operational improvement and cost efficiency initiatives.
