After a lucky BrandonStokley catch and run in the final seconds of the game the Broncos advanced to 1-0. This was where the Denver D really shined, they only gave up one rushing touchdown and played stingy the whole game. The next week against Dallas the Broncos were picked as underdogs and mostly no one thought they would give Dallas a run for their money.

Denver started off this game terrible, the were not able to score and they let Tashard Choice, Marian Barber and the Cowboys score 10 easy points in the first half Cominginto the second half the game was all Denver. Denver scored 17unanswered points and the game was decided by a key 51 yard catch and run by Brandon "The Beast" Marshall.After that game the Broncos were 4-0 andsurprisingly they were still underdogs at home against New England. Coming into this game, many NFLanalyst shot the Broncos down in, by saying that they have not played any real good teams, and that the Patriots would give them a reality check Sounds like they were wrong. The Broncos not only played well against the Patriots but they won in a great physical battle. Denver's Defense started off the game looking quite average at bestagainst Tom Brady and the Patriots, but as soon as second half hit the Patriots were virtually shut down and that gave the Broncos offense their much needed time to gather their troops and play better. The Broncos forced the Patriots into overtime when Vonnie Holiday forced a fumble on Tom Brady.

This team is for real and with their top 5 defense and the offense coming around, the sky is the limit for this complete team.
