Ward and Williams had 45 yards between them, 28 on one run by Ward.Johnson, again running for his life, was the leading rusher with 40 frightening yards. When he wasn't being sacked or chased, Johnson threw up 50 passes. Yes, FIFTY!Nice game plan.It was one born strictly of desperation.Eagle rookie Jeremy Maclin schooled the Buccaneer secondary on the Eagles second play of the game; he burned Elbert Mack on a 51-yard bomb from Donovan McNabb, who returned from his rib injuries to play a near-perfect game and take advantage of what has become a horrible Buccaneer secondary. The tone was set early. He was J.J.'s only friend in Philly; he caught seven balls for 102 yards and both Buccaneer touchdowns. He had to. "Hard to grade Josh," Morris said "Could have had an 80-yard bomb."But the tone was set early and this one was all but over by halftime as the Eagles led 21-7.The second half was no better. More of the same. The distinct smell of 0-5 was already permeating the Buccaneer sidelines. It would become 28-7, then 31-7.Philadelphia's equivalent of a victory cigar came in the final six minutes of the game when Michael Vick was actually put in the game to play quarterback. Innovative Medical Device Extends Possibility of Minimally Invasive EndovascularRepair of Aortic Aneurysms to More PatientsMINNEAPOLIS(Business Wire)Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE: MDT), today reported the first enrollment in VITALITY1,the companys post-market clinical study of its Talent Abdominal Stent Graft forthe endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms.

"VITALITY will gather clinically relevant data on the safety and efficacy of theTalent Abdominal Stent Graft in a real-world U.S patient population," saidvascular surgeon Dr George Pliagas, who led the team at St. Marys MedicalCenter in Knoxville, Tenn., that performed the first study implant on December29, 2008. The Talent Abdominal StentGraft has been used internationally for more than 12 years and, during thattime, implanted in more than 45,000 patients.

Addressing a condition of FDA approval, VITALITY will involve a total of 260subjects and up to 30 U.S sites. The studys primary endpoint is freedom fromaneurysm-related mortality (ARM) at five years, with ARM defined as death fromaneurysm rupture or from any procedure intended to prevent it. The study designincorporates the test group of 166 patients from the earlier study thatsupported the devices FDA approval in 2008, as well as an additional 94 newsubjects to be prospectively enrolled All subjects will be followed for fiveyears Dr. Luis Sanchez of Washington University School of Medicine andBarnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo., has been chosen as VITALITYSprincipal investigator.
