How you approach the meeting of December 21

Cannot separate this issue from that of the place of the framework on the market of work and beyond in French society. It is a French exception. Its existence is closely related to our Republican model. In 1870 - 1880, it tipped the country from the Republic by creating the middle class. The framework is the expression: an employee who has succeeded to rise in the social ladder by labour and personal merit. Today, this status suffered several attacks. The jurisprudence of the Court of cassation said that if an employer gives benefits to managers who are not objectively justified, this makes the privileges. What should the role of Apec

When will the Medef open negotiations promised on the status of the framework

The issue at the interprofessional level is that of managers who are not in the business of support to the management of their career. I largely trust social dialogue in firms to resolve other issues. I have still some concerns, because the authorities have decided to capture the very foundations of the definition of the framework (see above, note). This will greatly limit the autonomy of the social partners negotiating, which is a major problem.

Will Medef place APEC with the rest of the employers

This issue should be resolved in the wake of the common position on the trade union representativeness. Cannot forever be promoting the values of the company when it comes to reforming other and take refuge in a brejnévien conservatism when it comes to reform yourself.
